A South Surrey home is among the grand prizes in the VGH+ Millionaire Lottery.
Tickets are now on sale for the contest, which also offers a $3-million cash prize option, as well as bonus and early bird prizes.
This year's lottery features 10 grand prize options — the grand prize winner can choose from home packages in South Surrey (12686 25 Avenue), Langley, Vancouver, Burnaby, Kelowna, Courtenay, Sooke, and Colwood, with packages valued at more than $3.3 million — and the winner also has the option of $3 million tax-free cash, the largest cash prize ever offered in a B.C. lottery, a lottery release noted.

With all proceeds benefit VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, the leading charity investing in health care innovation in B.C., the lottery supports funding state-of-the-art equipment, groundbreaking research, and innovative patient care at Vancouver General Hospital, UBC Hospital, Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute, G.F. Strong Rehabilitation Centre, and Vancouver Community Health Services.
"This year’s VGH+ Millionaire Lottery offers the most valuable prizes in our history, with every grand prize package worth over $3.3 million,” said Todd Talbot, VGH+ Millionaire Lottery spokesperson.
“The South Surrey Grand Prize home alone is a showcase: approximately 4,242 sq. ft., five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen that includes a 60” Wolf double range and Thermador Appliance Package along with a spacious second prep kitchen."
The winner can entertain guests in their theatre/games room or enjoy the outdoors at a sunken fire pit patio with a Napoleon barbecue, he continued, plus, $100,000 in furnishings and accessories come with this grand prize.

VGH+ Millionaire Lottery tickets are available at two for $110, five for $200, 10 for $350, and 25 for $600.
